The final paper submission deadline for ACCEPTED papers is May 31, 2026.

This is for OPTION A: Conference Paper (4 pages, with publication in the Proceedings of the IEEE BioSensors 2026).

Submissions

  • ALL final submissions must be made on-line from EPapers.

  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.

  • If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline. Use the author account you created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.

  • Your final paper will be submitted for plagiarism checking to the IEEE Crosscheck system.

Paper Specifications

  • MANDATORY: USE IEEE PDF EXPRESS to ensure your PDF is Xplore compliant. Use 67864X for the Conference ID.

  • Use the templates to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:

    • Paper Length: 4 pages (maximum 3 pages for the main body including title, authors, figures/tables + 1 page of references).

    • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm).

    • Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.

    • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf).

    • Allowed File Size: 5 MB.

    • Do NOT page number your paper.

    • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

    • Do NOT include a copyright code or code placeholder.

  • Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.

  • If your paper does not meet IEEE Xplore requirements (as outlined in the Paper Specifications section), it cannot be included in the Proceedings.

  • NOTE: checking your PDF file for compliance and submitting your final paper for publication are two separate procedures. After using the IEEE PDF eXpress system for file compliance, MAKE SURE to return to the BIOSENSORS 2026 final submission web site (https://epapers2.org/biosensors2026) and upload your compliant final submission.

Additional Requirements

If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

  • IEEE policy requires you to file a copyright release for each accepted submission. Without a copyright release on file, your paper CANNOT be published.

  • REMINDER: One author per accepted submission must be registered at the full conference rate AND attend the conference to present their paper.

  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
